New Business Development – Nursing Home & Assisted Living

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster and nurture relationships with Nursing Homes, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care Facilities, and various healthcare providers.

• Seek out and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories -- Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania.

• Execute outreach campaigns aimed at generating referrals and establishing business partnerships.

• Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing clients.

• Work collaboratively with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure that client requirements are fulfilled.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and monitor sales activities within the CRM system.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements.

• Achieve or surpass defined sales and business development targets.

• Create proposals, service agreements, and client presentations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, equivalent experience will be considered.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, staffing, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare services.

• Strong knowledge of the long-term care and senior living sectors.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to cultivate and sustain professional partnerships.

• Self-driven with robust organizational and time management capabilities.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Greenhouse Recruiting is a plus.
