This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Actively pursue new business prospects by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and engaging in sales initiatives to expand the company's client portfolio.
β’ Create customized pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new business.
β’ Engage in prospecting efforts, including cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events.
β’ Assess client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise.
β’ Collaborate closely with other internal teams (HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff) to ensure seamless service delivery.
β’ Capable of conducting business operations at a high level in both Japanese and English.
β’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong business insight with the ability to recognize opportunities for business expansion.
