This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You take initiative in establishing and continuously developing a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts.
• You guide prospective clients through every stage of the sales journey—from preparing proposals and overcoming objections to negotiating contracts and finalizing orders.
• You oversee your sales funnel, ensuring reliable forecasting quality through meticulous CRM upkeep.
• You play a role in enhancing and optimizing our lead sources while collaborating closely with the Marketing team.
• Demonstrated experience in (telephone) direct sales, preferably within one of the specified market segments (construction, real estate, foreign trade, etc.).
• Alternatively, experience in selling databases or Software as a Service (SaaS).
• A strong sense of self-initiative and a results-driven approach to work.
• Organized, dependable, and confident in demeanor, with excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to close deals.
• Proficient in German at a business level (negotiation-capable).
• An engaging and responsible position within a stable, successful, and responsible environment.
