
New Business Data Management Sales β Large Banking Client Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Accountable for driving sales and fostering revenue growth.
β’ Assist in expanding our presence with existing clients in the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) sector within the Data and Technology domain.
β’ Identify business opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and provide customized solutions to address the distinctive needs of BCM industry companies in North America.
β’ Enhance EXL's visibility in the market and develop business opportunities with existing clients with whom the company has not previously engaged significantly in the Data and Technology purchasing sectors.
β’ Finalize contracts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) exceeding $2M and Total Contract Value (TCV) over $10M by selling Data/Technology services to Banking and Capital Market clients.
β’ Pursue new logo acquisition and facilitate Data/Technology penetration within existing accounts.
β’ Generate leads and assist in the sales cycle to drive closure (signed contracts) and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
β’ Over 10 years as an individual contributor responsible for selling new business within a Product/Technology Services/Top 10 Advisory Consulting firm, with the most recent years focused on large Banking and Capital Market clients.
β’ Skilled in identifying and qualifying leads, capable of developing robust relationships within potential client organizations, and demonstrating a proven ability to convert these relationships into commercial partnerships even in cases with minimal prior contact.
β’ Proficient in effectively managing client expectations and building deep partnerships with clients.
β’ Extensive functional knowledge within the North American Tech & Consulting sector, adept at connecting with various executive-level stakeholders in BCM and identifying their specific challenges.
β’ Strong skills in sales processes and operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to foster a consultative and solution-oriented sales atmosphere.
β’ Energetic individual who is driven by success.
β’ Proven capability to thrive in a multicultural global setting.
β’ Total compensation package includes base salary, sales incentives & commission plan, along with Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
β’ Preference for candidates located in the NYC Tri-State area, Texas, Charlotte, or San Francisco.
