New Business Account Executive, Luxembourg Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Lead the outbound sales strategy in Luxembourg by identifying, prospecting, and engaging with SMEs, finance leaders, and key decision-makers across your target segments.

• Focus on high-value SMEs—companies with genuine treasury and FX requirements, where Vivid can replace fragmented banking setups, and where a single closed deal can have a lasting revenue impact.

• Build a qualified sales pipeline through a variety of outreach methods including cold calls, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner networks.

• Convert inbound leads into active customers utilizing our complete product suite.

• Manage the entire sales process from start to finish: discovery, demonstration, negotiation, closure, and transition to onboarding.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics, and competitor positioning.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and playbooks; maintain CRM accuracy with precise forecasting.

• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to the Product and Marketing teams.

• Represent Vivid at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within FinTech, SaaS, banking, treasury, investment products, or financial services.

• Proven success in outbound sales: you have built a pipeline from the ground up, not merely worked with warm leads.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written—you can initiate a cold call and conduct meaningful discovery without a script, and your emails and LinkedIn messages receive responses.

• Comfortable engaging with founders, finance leaders, and C-level stakeholders at SMEs.

• Strong commercial instincts coupled with an analytical mindset—you treat your pipeline as data, effectively manage your time across prospecting, closing, and expansion, and adapt quickly when strategies are not effective.

• Proficient with CRM tools and modern sales technology.

• Self-motivated and thrive in environments where the playbook is still being developed.

• Fluent in English, French, and German; Luxembourgish is an advantage.
