This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Responsible for identifying, proposing solutions, and finalizing new business opportunities.
• Tasked with acquiring new customers across the complete Twilio portfolio.
• Own and manage highly analytical and consultative sales processes.
• Capable of engaging multiple stakeholders within Enterprise accounts.
• Work collaboratively with customers across designated verticals and geographical regions.
• Partner with Product Specialists, Value Engineering, and Enterprise Strategists.
• Collaborate with teams in Finance, Legal, Pricing, Product, and Operations.
• Manage multiple projects and deal negotiations simultaneously.
• Work cross-functionally with Specialist Sales, services, product, and GTM Strategy & Operations.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product and carrier relations teams.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in the unified communications and data platform sector.
• Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.
• 12 years of experience in full cycle sales.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing or leading highly analytical products or solutions.
• Experience in directly selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or Data platforms.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting.
• Strong background in consultative technical solution selling.
• Comfortable engaging with both business and highly technical leaders.
• Skilled in developing analytical account strategies.
• Experience in managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
