Neuroscience Technical Consultant – Neuromodulation, Spine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and procedural assistance for Neuromodulation and Spine therapies within hospital and operating room environments.

• Aid healthcare professionals during scheduled procedures by guaranteeing proper preparations, product knowledge, and the safe, effective application of Medtronic technologies.

• Foster robust professional relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital personnel, and distributor partners throughout Croatia and Slovenia.

• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance account activities, therapy development projects, product launches, and customer education initiatives.

• Stay informed about Medtronic products, procedures, compliance regulations, and local healthcare systems.

• Gather and disseminate pertinent customer feedback, case insights, and market observations with the team to enhance planning and execution.

• Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to internal policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, biology, or another pertinent medical, life-science, or health-science field.

• An early career profile with a strong desire to grow within the medical technology sector.

• A solid understanding of clinical settings and an interest in Neuroscience, Neuromodulation, and Spine therapies.

• Proficiency in Croatian and a good command of English; knowledge of Slovenian is a plus.

• A flexible team player with excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a readiness to learn rapidly.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Croatia and Slovenia while adapting to hospital and case schedules.

• Previous experience in operating room settings, direct interaction with healthcare professionals, clinical support, internships in hospitals, or experience in a distributor environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
