This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Propel sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in person and through virtual platforms.
• Formulate and execute business and territory outreach strategies.
• Recognize and apply live and virtual customer engagement techniques.
• Establish connections and foster relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Utilize internal reports and analytics to pinpoint and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Inform providers about unbranded and branded product value propositions using approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer inquiries and further Pfizer's objectives.
• Fulfill administrative tasks promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree; or an associate’s degree with over 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activities, small business ownership/entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• Possession of a valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years disqualifies candidates from employment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• A strong record of success in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Preferred strong territory management skills.
• Excellent communication skills are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in teamwork, leadership, and accountability is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is preferred.
• Knowledge of the territory's customers and markets is preferred.
• Preference for candidates residing within the territory's boundaries.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; sponsorship for U.S. work visas is not available now or in the future.
