This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Serve as an expert in behavioral health trends, both clinically and in specific market environments.
• Develop coordinated account planning strategies that encompass an understanding of account structures, patient flow, access landscapes, and emerging market/account trends.
• Gather insights that inform strategic account plans, aligning with customer needs and brand strategies to capitalize on local market opportunities.
• Lead the creation of account plans, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, promoting our Neuroscience Ways of Working, and fostering accountability among coalition teams to implement account plan tactics.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with population health decision-makers who influence care within the behavioral health marketplace and systems.
• Integrate essential resources, engage key internal partners, and provide education that empowers customers to enhance patient access across care delivery, care coordination, trade, and payer accounts.
• Proactively lead internal teams, including field sales and home office, to achieve brand marketing strategies and ensure the execution of account plans.
• Maintain strict adherence to all current company compliance guidelines and policies.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• A valid driver’s license from one (1) of the fifty (50) United States.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in healthcare sales or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including key individuals and care delivery methods.
• High-level clinical expertise in schizophrenia, treatment-resistant depression, and other therapeutic areas within the behavioral healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales results is required.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and the capability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data.
• Exceptional social, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are required.
• Proven experience in managing complex accounts and building meaningful relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
• Documented success in influencing business and partnerships in a highly competitive landscape.
• Ambitious with a strong desire for intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks or projects effectively.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekend trips, up to 50% of the time.
• Must reside in the specified geography or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for employees in Colorado – 48 hours per calendar year; for employees in Washington – 56 hours per calendar year.
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year following the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours within a 52-week rolling period.
