This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee a designated geographic area to promote and expand the reach of Neurocrine products.
• Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians and other key customers for targeted accounts.
• Represent Neurocrine brands along with their approved indications.
• Provide education to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and other external stakeholders regarding product benefits.
• Propel product adoption and growth through focused education and strategic account management.
• Implement territory sales strategies using both in-person and virtual communication methods.
• Identify and tackle territory-specific opportunities and obstacles to product success.
• Manage promotional resources and budget effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, community mental health clinics, long-term care facilities, local/regional payers, and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Adhere to FDA guidelines, pharmaceutical industry best practices, compliance policies, and company values.
• Maintain a full field presence from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care, Psychology, or Neurology sales is highly preferred.
• Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred.
• Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic medications is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, and Veeva.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of comparable experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline along with a broader understanding of related business concepts.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and achieving launch success in complex settings.
• Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of business systems.
• Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools like Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, and Veeva.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and account management orientation.
• Ability to navigate complex accounts across various care sites.
• Understanding of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; the position requires frequent driving.
