This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated region by employing approved market and sales strategies.
β’ Initiate discussions with healthcare professionals focused on clinical relevance concerning patient needs and product solutions.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other team members.
β’ Create and execute territory business plans based on an analysis of business conditions, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
β’ Establish and nurture professional relationships with targeted Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
β’ Navigate through hospital formulary processes and devise strategies for product positioning and availability.
β’ Anticipate potential business challenges, adjust priorities as necessary, and formulate solutions.
β’ Maintain expertise in selling techniques, as well as clinical, market, and product knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to meet corporate goals and initiatives.
β’ Efficiently plan and organize work schedules.
β’ Represent the company, its products, and its personnel with professionalism and integrity.
β’ Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
β’ Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
β’ BA/BS Degree.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in Neurology and/or CNS.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Experience with launching new products.
β’ Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Proven selling skills with a history of sales success, especially with new product introductions.
β’ Professional demeanor and the ability to engage with others to build strong business relationships.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Veeva is an advantage.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
