This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated area by utilizing approved market and selling strategies and solutions.
β’ Address the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals through relevant clinical discussions.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access teams, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other personnel to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ Formulate and execute territory business plans by assessing business dynamics, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
β’ Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
β’ Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement strategies for product positioning and availability.
β’ Anticipate business challenges, reprioritize as necessary, and devise effective solutions.
β’ Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical information, market trends, and product knowledge.
β’ Work collaboratively with colleagues and company staff to meet corporate goals and initiatives.
β’ Strategically plan and organize schedules for optimal efficiency.
β’ Serve as a company ambassador, representing the organization, its products, and personnel with integrity and respect.
β’ Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
β’ Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
β’ BA/BS Degree.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Neurology and/or CNS.
β’ Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry along with regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Experience with the launch of new products.
β’ Highly self-motivated and dedicated to achieving excellence.
β’ Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Proven selling skills with a history of sales success, particularly during new product launches.
β’ Professional and polished appearance.
β’ Exceptional ability to engage others and cultivate strong business relationships.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Office applications.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
