Networking Certification Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Develop customer-centric certification materials, encompassing concepts, examples, tasks, and hands-on activities for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking products.

• Organize, plan, staff, and engage in certification development workshops at an expert level.

• Maintain an extensive network of subject matter experts.

• Articulate certification program objectives, processes, and requirements throughout the organization.

• Assess and propose new certification examinations, specializations, and learning pathways.

• Create, review, and uphold certification exam blueprints.

• Employ AI-assisted tools to generate sections of exam content.

• Review, validate, consolidate, edit, and enhance exam items and practice tests.

• Transform workshop outcomes into functional expert-level exam environments and validate tasks.

• Design, construct, maintain, and validate master exam topologies in collaboration with lab engineering teams.

• Develop and sustain exam forms and topology files for online distribution.

• Troubleshoot expert-level exam delivery environments during candidate assessments.

• Analyze feedback and recommend corrective measures and enhancements.

• Examine exam performance data and coordinate updates, validation, and publication of exams.

• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to create self-study bundles, lab content, and courseware.

• Oversee learning content development and delivery projects.

• Guide certification candidates on learning pathways, certification tracks, and exam choices.

• Assist with candidate registration and certification operations at company events and testing activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in producing technical content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, OR relevant networking certification or equivalent experience.

• Capability to independently and collaboratively research intricate technical concepts.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to scale content creation while ensuring high-quality results.

• Practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services.

• Preferred expertise in HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies.

• Preferred possession of expert-level certifications within the networking industry.
