Network Security Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address incidents of medium and high complexity

• Conduct thorough analysis of traffic, logs, and security incidents

• Set up, fine-tune, and optimize firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols

• Identify and resolve issues related to network infrastructure and services

• Suggest ongoing improvements to boost performance and security across all environments

• Monitor and analyze event logs to detect potential failures or irregularities

• Escalate complicated issues to specialized teams to ensure consistent support

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance support processes and documentation

• Keep abreast of best practices and new features in network management and security products

• Facilitate internal training sessions and workshops on the effective use of existing solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Fortinet products, including FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, and others

• Strong understanding of networking, information security, and network architecture principles

• Proficient technical communication skills

• Capability to apply updates and patches efficiently

• Completed or currently pursuing technical education in an ICT-related field (preferred)

• Actively pursuing a degree in an ICT-related field (preferred)

• Fortinet-related certifications, such as NSE (preferred)
