Network Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the growth of our mental health service provider network across the USA.

• Source and onboard mental health professionals to provide on-demand psychological support to clients.

• Evaluate clients' needs and connect them with suitable providers utilizing our proprietary database.

• Ensure precise applicant information is maintained in the ATS and Provider database.

• Address provider inquiries promptly within established turnaround times.

• Provide external affiliates/providers with recruitment guidelines and application materials.

• Examine provider applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients' information.

• Effectively relay provider details to hiring managers.

• Proactively oversee caseloads to guarantee efficient service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is required.

• Strong English communication skills are essential.

• Experience in recruiting candidates from outside local areas is necessary.

• Proficiency in candidate database management is required.

• Experience in a rapidly growing startup environment is preferred.

• Immediate availability to start is required.
