This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a diverse team of senior engineers specializing in WAN/SD-WAN, routing/switching, network security, wireless technologies, application delivery (ADC/LADC), and Infoblox DDI.
• Convert enterprise architectural plans into scalable operational execution.
• Ensure high availability within hybrid-cloud and data center networks.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for critical incidents, conducting root-cause analysis (RCA) and implementing ongoing operational improvements.
• Create standardized workflows, change management protocols, and metrics tracking systems.
• Guarantee adherence to operational SLAs, milestone achievements, and effective infrastructure performance.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of network initiatives and their management.
• Monitor third-party vendor performance, ensuring accountability for delivery timelines and operational standards.
• Drive process enhancement initiatives, readiness for automation, and maintenance of infrastructure hygiene.
• Reduce operational complexity while enhancing the technical expertise of the team.
• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience is preferred.
• Possession of an active Cisco CCIE (Routing/Switching or Enterprise Core) or equivalent tier-1 vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE, F5 CSE).
• Proven experience in integrating network automation tools and frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform) with legacy routing/switching and DDI environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing hybrid-cloud connectivity architectures across major cloud platforms (AWS DirectConnect, Azure ExpressRoute).
