This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical escalation resource for Support, Installation, and Project Management teams regarding network and voice inquiries.
• Monitor escalation frequency and root causes categorized by product line to pinpoint recurring knowledge deficiencies.
• Perform baseline skills evaluations within the initial 90 days and continue with regular assessments thereafter.
• Develop and implement training programs addressing significant skill gaps that occur frequently and have a high impact.
• Oversee the onboarding curriculum for new hires focused on network and voice technical topics.
• Keep the network and voice technical knowledge repository updated in SharePoint.
• Identify and manage certification pathways specific to vendors or brands.
• Establish and uphold a RACI for technical escalations.
• Minimize technical escalations that necessitate Engineering or Product team involvement.
• Document technical standards for designated corporate brand partners across network, voice, video, and property technology product categories.
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized source of truth for brand standards in SharePoint.
• Communicate changes in standards to relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and teams responsible for other established brand standards.
• Manage regular cadence meetings with assigned corporate brand partners.
• Ensure relevant internal participation in cadence meetings.
• Record meeting results, decisions made, and any changes to standards.
• Integrate meeting results into the documentation of brand standards.
• Maintain the meeting calendar and track action items until completion.
• A minimum of five years (5+) of experience in network and voice technologies.
• Familiarity with both technical support or installation and training or enablement functions.
• Proficient understanding of network technologies including Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Nomadix.
• Knowledgeable about hosted voice or UCaaS platforms such as BluIP, EvolveIP, Mitel, SIP, and PBX.
• Proven experience in designing training curricula and onboarding programs.
• Experience in managing vendor-led or internally developed certification programs.
• Background in maintaining technical documentation in SharePoint or a comparable knowledge management system.
• Strong skills in documentation and organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional meetings involving internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Capability to perform the physical functions listed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
