
Network Engineer – Service Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist clients in implementing services within 11:11’s global cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee network deployment processes during customer onboarding.
• Ensure delivery quality and enhance customer experience.
• Record activities in the company’s ticketing system.
• Develop and update knowledge-base documentation.
• Manage and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, load balancers, and IPSEC VPNs for client implementations.
• Design and architect network topologies suitable for various environments.
• Create and sustain deployment processes as technologies and permissions evolve.
• Support Support and Technical Account Managers with complex customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with project managers to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Take responsibility for tasks related to 11:11’s cloud network systems.
• Consistently support colleagues in alignment with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Manage company data and information in accordance with data-handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Review and adhere to company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• Report directly to the Manager of Service Delivery Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cisco Network Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of recent hands-on technical experience in Cisco network engineering within managed services, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise settings.
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification with documented work experience is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with BGP, IPsec, network segmentation, VRFs, switching, VLANs, and load balancers is preferred.
• Experience with VMware virtualization clusters and software-defined networking, including VMware NSX, is preferred.
• Background in global data center environments.
• Experience deploying virtual appliances, ideally from Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Netscaler, F5, SonicWall, and Juniper Networks.
• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients, project managers, and cross-functional delivery teams is preferred.
• Capability to participate in occasional scheduled after-hours work, including customer cutovers and migrations.
• Proficient in automating network deployments, validations, and operational tasks.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the designated country without visa sponsorship.
