This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist customers in the implementation of services within 11:11's global cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee network deployment activities throughout the customer onboarding process.
• Ensure accountability for the quality of delivery and overall customer experience.
• Record tasks in the company ticketing system.
• Create and update documentation for the knowledge base.
• Manage and resolve issues related to switches, firewalls, load balancers, and IPSEC VPNs for customer deployments.
• Design and architect network topologies suitable for various environments.
• Develop and update deployment processes as technologies and permissions evolve.
• Support Support and Technical Account Managers with complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Take accountability for tasks related to 11:11's cloud network systems.
• Pursue advanced certifications and remain updated on Cisco and VMware technologies.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues in alignment with the company's Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Manage company data and information in accordance with data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
• Review and adhere to company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cisco Network Engineer, ideally within a managed service or IaaS provider.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience as a Cisco network engineer in a managed services, IaaS, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise setting.
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification with documented experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BGP, IPsec, network segmentation, VRFs, switching, VLANs, and load balancers is preferred.
• Experience with VMware virtualization clusters and software-defined networking, including VMware NSX, is preferred.
• Familiarity with global data center environments.
• Experience in deploying virtual appliances, preferably including Cisco, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Netscaler, F5, SonicWall, and Juniper Networks.
• Preferred experience working directly with enterprise customers, project managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Willingness to engage in occasional scheduled after-hours work, including customer cutovers, migrations, and related implementation activities.
• Ability to automate network deployments, validation, and operational tasks.
• Must have legal eligibility to work in the assigned country without the need for visa sponsorship.
