Network Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Designing, constructing, and overseeing global network infrastructure

• Working with cross-functional teams to establish data models and functional specifications

• Configuring BGP and resolving issues related to complex peering arrangements

• Deploying new hardware platforms and network features within the automation framework

• Serving as the subject matter expert and the ultimate point of escalation for production network challenges

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

• Proficiency in IP network design and scalable BGP routing architecture

• Knowledge of Data Center architecture, including CLOS Fabric and overlay technologies

• Experience in managing and troubleshooting multi-vendor environments such as Juniper, Cisco, and various routing platforms

• Understanding of end-to-end data flows and traffic patterns

• Highly organized self-starter, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams
