Network Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee Windows-based network systems

• Diagnose and resolve workstation, network, and server problems

• Provide support for Intelinet Cloud Solutions

• Manage a variety of technologies including Fortinet, Barracuda, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti

• Design and implement effective networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)

• Set up and manage Fortinet security policies, SD-WAN, VPNs, etc.

• Install and support Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, and wireless infrastructure

• Monitor network performance and integrity

• Conduct regular assessments of network performance

• Develop and enforce security protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional customer relationship management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Proficient troubleshooting aptitude

• Familiarity with remote access tools

• Competent in Microsoft Office software

• Eagerness to learn ConnectWise PSA

• Solid foundation in network administration and architecture

• Practical experience with Barracuda Networks, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti networking solutions

• Knowledge of communication and routing protocols

• Technical certifications are preferred
