Network Deployment Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver efficient network and administrative services to support Red River’s expanding customer base.

• Offer front-line Engineering support for customers.

• Collaborate with the Professional Services Operations team during installations at client locations.

• Assist with additional national projects.

• Work in close coordination with current technical personnel to support Red River’s Managed Services clients.

• Capable of managing projects independently as well as collaborating with the broader engineering team and project managers.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Implement and troubleshoot security protocols across the network infrastructure.

• Create and enhance network and security configuration documentation for clients.

• Maintain necessary industry certifications.

• Conduct end-user training on solutions.

• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of delivery methodologies.

• Perform other business-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology delivery or support.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent experience.

• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.

• Familiarity with network security basics (segmentation, access control, firewall principles, wireless LAN).

• Exposure to network automation concepts such as API and scripting.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
