NetSuite Functional Consultant, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gain insights into current processes, challenges, and future objectives.

• Document comprehensive functional requirements and system design specifications.

• Configure and tailor NetSuite to meet business needs, which includes establishing fields, forms, custom records, workflows (SuiteFlow), roles, permissions, and dashboards.

• Lead or assist in full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.

• Support data migration strategies, including data cleansing and mapping from legacy systems into NetSuite.

• Design and implement functional test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, and regression testing to confirm system integrity and accuracy.

• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate seamless system adoption.

• Offer post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and suggest ongoing improvements or new module implementations to optimize ERP ROI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.

• Extensive functional knowledge of essential NetSuite modules, including NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management.

• Proficient in SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager), saved searches, custom reporting, and dashboard creation.

• Strong comprehension of general business processes, especially in accounting, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.

• Outstanding problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to convert complex technical concepts into straightforward business language.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or NetSuite Certified Financial User is highly advantageous.
