NetSuite Functional Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and implement production-ready SuiteScripts to streamline business processes.

• Tailor NetSuite forms, fields, subtabs, and custom records to meet specific requirements.

• Set up multi-tier, role-based approval workflows that include status transitions and automated email notifications.

• Oversee code and configuration migrations between environments utilizing SDF and sandbox accounts.

• Design Advanced PDF/HTML templates and custom email templates for invoices, statements, and forms across multiple subsidiaries.

• Create and automate billing workflows that are standard/customized, recurring, or usage-based.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite payment instruments and payment/EFT gateway integrations.

• Investigate issues related to production payment failures, gateway declines, and validation errors.

• Manage EFT Payment SuiteApp setup, bank formats, payment files, entity details, and PFA error resolution.

• Develop, configure, and implement bi-directional integrations between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite using Celigo.

• Monitor integration processes, map data fields, write transformation rules, and troubleshoot synchronization errors.

• Handle and resolve daily technical support tickets related to script failures, workflow bottlenecks, and transaction processing challenges.

• Maintain technical configurations that support purchasing, vendor approvals, and automated three-way matching.

• Perform clean data modifications through mass CSV imports and utilize validation rules to reduce data entry mistakes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical NetSuite administration and development experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue business environment.

• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and native SuiteFlow.

• Direct experience in developing and deploying Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations using Celigo (Integrator.io).

• Hands-on experience with the NetSuite EFT Payment SuiteApp and various merchant payment gateways.

• A builder mindset with a focus on technical execution, clear documentation, unit testing, and direct accountability for system operations.

• Preferred certifications include NetSuite Certified Financial Associate, BI and Reporting Associate, or Administrator certification.
