NetSuite ERP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of consultants throughout every phase of the NetSuite implementation lifecycle.

• Direct project management efforts, including planning, development of work breakdown structures, and change management oversight.

• Control project scope during all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Keep precise program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status updates.

• Ensure that project milestones are successfully met.

• Lead the execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program.

• Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.

• Engage professionally with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.

• Extract insights from project retrospectives and implement learnings in future initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in delivering end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP implementations.

• Full professional fluency in English.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.

• Capability to produce high-quality work while adhering to deadlines for both internal and external clients.
