NetSuite Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain tailored NetSuite scripts and workflows

• Connect NetSuite with external systems utilizing SuiteTalk Web Services or RESTlet frameworks

• Enhance current 3PL integrations

• Manage existing APIs based on advice from colleagues

• Implement development work across various environments following established protocols

• Perform code reviews emphasizing SuiteScript standards

• Guide junior developers in optimizing scripts

• Keep abreast of NetSuite updates and industry best practices

• Document technical specifications and system designs for new features and bug resolutions

• Work collaboratively with NetSuite administrators, developers, and product owners using Agile methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer

• Proven proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0

• In-depth understanding of ERP, CRM, and financial modules within NetSuite

• Solid foundation in computer science, encompassing data structures, algorithms, and software design

• Expertise in JavaScript, APIs, SQL, and FreeMarker templates

• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and tools

• Familiarity with JSON formats and data exchange protocols

• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab

• Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) or automated configuration tools like Salto

• Understanding of operational and financial business processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, and Inventory Management

• Background screening required if selected

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

• Must be willing to travel to Amplify headquarters in New York for in-person onboarding or as needed during employment
