NetSuite Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in the discovery of business processes alongside stakeholders; document the current state, identify gaps, and design solutions for the future state.

• Create and configure the financial modules of NetSuite (GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, or Intercompany); suggest alternative methods and document functional specifications.

• Develop strategies for data migration and validate cleansing and transformation rules.

• Take ownership of project governance with support from a Project Manager: create test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), manage deviations in scope, and communicate risks and timelines to stakeholders.

• Create and implement training programs while documenting best practices.

• Guide junior team members on best practices and the functionalities of NetSuite.

• Provide support during the go-live phase and ensure post-implementation stabilization (30-60 days).

• Travel on-site as necessary (estimated at 30% of the time).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with NetSuite ERP.

• At least 3 full-cycle implementations completed.

• Proven track record in configuring financial processes (GL, AR, AP, Consolidation, or Intercompany accounting).

• Experience in implementing enterprise software, preferably within financial or accounting systems.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• Fluency in Dutch is preferred for client interactions.

• Expertise in designing and configuring NetSuite financial modules.

• Knowledge of data migration architecture and validation.

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated capability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior colleagues.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.

• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage complex projects independently.

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.

• Familiarity with SuiteSuccess implementation methodology.

• Experience with SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management configuration.

• Knowledge of system integration and architecture.

• CPA or a bachelor's degree is required.
