NetSuite Consultant

📋 Description

• Engage in discovery sessions to gather intricate requirements and convert them into effective business processes.

• Take part in the comprehensive implementation and configuration of NetSuite.

• Conduct testing to verify system configuration and processes align with client specifications.

• Lead client data transformation, migration, and integration efforts into NetSuite.

• Assist in extensive testing and training initiatives while participating in client sessions to foster adoption.

• Create functional requirements documents, technical specifications, and various professional project deliverables.

• Maintain communication with clients, manage escalations, keep RAID logs, and cultivate long-term client relationships.

• Oversee individual tasks and timelines to ensure timely project completion.

• Document global requirements and aid in the development of long-term technology roadmaps that integrate with NetSuite and beyond.

• Implement industry best practices to address complex consulting demands.

• Mentor junior consultants by providing continuous guidance, training, and professional growth opportunities.

• Contribute to the development of internal practices and initiatives that promote company-wide growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related areas.

• A minimum of 2 years experience with NetSuite in implementation or end-user roles.

• Ability to solve problems independently and explore solutions using available resources and AI tools.

• Knowledge of business process improvement and best practices.

• Capability to expand efforts within an engagement and assume project responsibilities as required.

• Commitment to meeting major project milestones, with proactive communication and escalation of issues.

• Proactive communication with project team members regarding work progress and task completion.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Expertise in at least one preferred industry vertical: Supply Chain & Manufacturing; Services & Construction; Field Service Management; or Software & Technology.

• Familiarity with relevant NetSuite modules and industry processes for the chosen vertical.

• Willingness to travel on-site to meet client needs.

• For U.S.-based employment, legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility; sponsorship is not available.
