This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Engage in discovery sessions to gather intricate requirements and convert them into effective business processes.
• Take part in the complete implementation and configuration of NetSuite.
• Conduct testing to ensure system configuration and processes align with client requirements.
• Facilitate the transformation, migration, and integration of client data into NetSuite.
• Assist in comprehensive testing and training initiatives and actively participate in client sessions to promote adoption.
• Generate high-quality project deliverables, including functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
• Maintain client communication, manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and foster long-term client relationships.
• Oversee individual tasks and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
• Document global requirements and support the development of long-term technology roadmaps.
• Convert client needs into actionable results utilizing industry best practices.
• Offer guidance, training, and professional development support to junior consultants.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal practices and company-wide growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite, either in implementation or as an end user.
• Proficient in independently troubleshooting and exploring solutions with available resources and AI tools.
• Knowledgeable in business process improvement and best practices.
• Willingness to assume project responsibilities as necessary to complete engagements.
• Dedicated to meeting project milestones, maintaining proactive communication, and escalating blockers as needed.
• Initiate outreach to project team members regarding work status and task completion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Specialized knowledge in at least one preferred industry vertical: Supply Chain & Manufacturing; Services & Construction; Field Service Management; or Software & Technology.
• Willingness to travel on-site for client requirements.

• For candidates based in the U.S.: legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Annual incentive compensation target of 10-20% of salary, distributed in quarterly installments.
