.NET Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create software systems

• Oversee development teams

• Convert business needs into technical designs

• Enhance software for performance, security, and quality

• Generate and update technical documentation

• Assess development efforts and timelines

• Establish software development standards and best practices

• Suggest technical solutions for business requirements and challenges

• Gather and analyze software metrics

• Manage software configurations and releases

• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment

• Create and execute tests, including the use of testing tools

• Document the software development and implementation processes

• Develop prototypes for solutions

• Serve as 2nd and 3rd line support

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant IT professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role

• Possession of at least one internationally recognized intermediate software development certification pertinent to the field or an equivalent certification

• Expertise in designing and developing data, business logic, and UI/presentation layers

• Experience completing at least one full solution lifecycle

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with mission-critical complex enterprise systems, including asset and/or human resource management and financial management

• Proficiency in UML and application design

• Experience working within Scrum environments

• Capability to effectively document technical solutions

• Ability to lead technical teams

• English proficiency at B2 level
