.Net Developer, SaaS Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Implement new features and enhancements on the SaaS Manager platform.

• Take full ownership of clearly defined features from their initial development phase through to production.

• Engage actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback, using these experiences to enhance your technical judgement.

• Create meaningful tests and comprehensive documentation as part of your standard workflow, rather than treating them as an afterthought.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to grasp the customer challenges related to your work and advocate for successful outcomes within your responsibilities.

• Identify and communicate blockers and questions early, ensuring both you and your colleagues remain unblocked and progress is maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software development with some familiarity with .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a similar document database.

• You understand your learning style and adapt quickly: you're adept at grasping new concepts, technologies, and codebases, and you don't require extensive guidance to begin.

• You take genuine ownership of your tasks: you follow through, identify issues early, and uphold a high standard for what "done" entails.

• You produce clean, well-tested, and thoroughly documented code, recognizing the importance of these aspects in a production setting.

• You are an effective collaborator: you communicate clearly, ask insightful questions, and work harmoniously with colleagues across engineering, product, and design departments.

• You possess a curiosity about how agentic AI tools integrate into your development workflow and use them with intention.

• You are inherently proactive: you seek out opportunities to enhance the codebase or improve team processes and raise these issues, even without prompting.
