• Employ Agile methodologies to design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software solutions.

• Identify and troubleshoot production issues related to software applications.

• Conduct research, testing, building, and coordinating the conversion and/or integration of new products according to client specifications.

• Design and create new software products or significantly enhance existing software.

• Assess software effectiveness.

• Address issues related to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform functionality.

• Collaborate with project teams and end users to determine application requirements.

• Perform feasibility studies on potential future projects for management consideration.

• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages and integration/testing tools.

• Resolve software-related issues and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

• Serve as the team leader on various projects.

• Instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other members of the development team.

• Contribute to the development of software user manuals and technical documentation.

• Active Secret clearance.

• Over 3 years of experience with .NET languages, such as C# or Visual Basic .NET, along with HTML5/CSS3.

• Knowledge or experience with architectural styles/APIs, including REST and RPC.

• Capability to develop and maintain web applications utilizing the .NET framework and related technologies.

• US work authorization without any current or future visa sponsorship requirement.
