.Net Architect – Tech Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead high-performing engineering teams while contributing to the technical direction and execution of enterprise solutions.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and actively participate in architecture discussions.

• Establish and drive architectural standards for solutions developed with Microsoft technologies.

• Assist teams in adopting modern architectural patterns.

• Oversee performance management, feedback, promotions, and compensation processes.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients.

• Monitor and manage delivery metrics while identifying dependencies, risks, and obstacles.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience with the Microsoft technology stack.

• At least 3 years of experience in an Engineering Leadership, Technical Manager, or Solutions Architect position.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

• Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Demonstrated experience in modernizing legacy applications and leading enterprise-scale .NET projects.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and software engineering best practices.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication skills (C1/C2).
