This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with attorneys and paralegals at law firms to effectively negotiate outstanding accounts on behalf of clients to prevent further legal proceedings.
• Oversee a portfolio of accounts simultaneously, including escalated cases with ongoing lawsuits or potential legal actions.
• Leverage various tools and resources to aggregate common debts from multiple clients, thereby enhancing negotiation power with agencies.
• Achieve favorable agreements including reduced balances, extended payment schedules, or one-time discounts.
• Exhibit exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to effectively manage account queues.
• Conduct approximately 25-35 outbound/inbound calls daily, ensuring a minimum of 4 hours of phone time each day.
• Examine legal documents (such as summons, complaints, and settlement requests) to ascertain legal status and verify settlement progress.
• Consistently demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others, with a strong emphasis on fulfilling clients' needs.
• Engage in additional responsibilities and special projects as necessary.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly settlement and compliance targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Actuarial Science) or pertinent work experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication abilities, encompassing listening, verbal, and written skills.
• Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven, KPI-focused environment is preferred.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong dedication to teamwork, collaboration, and promoting an inclusive atmosphere.
• A profound passion for helping others, maintaining a client-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in technology; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
