Needs Assessment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct screenings for potential client calls.

• Complete all necessary documentation related to client calls.

• Fulfill all reporting requirements linked to Needs Assessment/Referral Development.

• Manage on-call and off-hours admissions, as well as referral and transportation needs.

• Ensure accurate bed availability across the entire Pyramid system.

• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve job knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Service field is preferred.

• Experience in a health or human services agency is preferred, ideally in a drug and alcohol setting.

• Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.

• Exhibit conduct that aligns with Pyramid's ethical standards.

• Possess a working knowledge of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues.

• Demonstrate confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships, and the ability to be a team player.

• Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.
