NDIS Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit regular NDIS participant billing and claim files.

• Investigate rejected or modified NDIS claims to ensure appropriate resolution.

• Reconcile payment advice statements with submitted NDIS claims.

• Maintain precise records of participant service delivery and financial documentation.

• Execute daily bookkeeping tasks in Xero, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and oversee transaction workflows.

• Prepare routine financial reports and keep accounting records current.

• Communicate with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries.

• Process payroll from start to finish and verify the accuracy of timesheets.

• Apply relevant pay conditions, allowances, overtime, and penalty rates.

• Ensure compliance with single touch payroll and complete regular payroll reconciliations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or finance administration position.

• Practical knowledge of NDIS finance workflows, billing, and claiming processes.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Xero, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and verification of timesheets.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines.

• Experience using Lumary for participant billing and service delivery processes.

• Familiarity with NDIA provider portals.

• Knowledge of SCHADS award payroll conditions, allowances, and penalties.

• Background in using Salesforce within an NDIS context.

• Experience with Budgetly for expense management and reconciliation.
