This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist Plan Managers by effectively and accurately processing provider invoices through Careview.
• Responsibilities include:
• Verifying provider ABNs and ensuring correct bank account information
• Confirming accurate item codes and price limits according to the NDIS Support Catalogue
• Ensuring that services correspond with participants' approved NDIS plan categories
• Entering and monitoring invoices through Careview's workflow (e.g., “on hold”, “approved”, “extracted”)
• Identifying errors or discrepancies to inform the Plan Manager prior to processing
• Utilizing automation tools like Careview Streamline to minimize manual errors
• Support Plan Managers in overseeing and managing participants’ budgets via Careview.
• Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing available funds prior to processing invoices
• Notifying the team if budgets are nearing depletion or over-committed
• Assisting with monthly budget reconciliation against expenditure categories
• Ensuring funding is allocated in accordance with approved support categories (e.g., Core, Capacity Building)
• Maintain current client records in compliance with operational and audit standards.
• Comply with all internal privacy and data protection policies.
• Collaborate with Plan Managers and the Operations team to ensure efficient workflows. Note that direct communication with clients or external providers is not required.
• Offer back-office support to Plan Managers through Careview tasks such as:
• Updating statuses of invoices and claims
• Managing document uploads and data entry
• Monitoring queue progress and highlighting priorities
• Demonstrated experience in administration, bookkeeping, or finance support positions
• Understanding of NDIS or disability services is advantageous
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proficient in Careview or comparable client management/financial systems
• Highly organized with strong time management capabilities
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills within the team
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting
