This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
β’ Perform in-person, telephonic, and virtual NCI surveys with individuals utilizing HCBS services in South Dakota.
β’ Adhere to all NCI and Qlarant guidelines to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
β’ Organize and complete assigned surveys within specified timelines.
β’ Interact respectfully with participants, employing active listening and clear communication techniques.
β’ Accurately document responses and input data into the necessary electronic survey platform.
β’ Uphold participant privacy and comply with HIPAA along with all relevant state and federal regulations.
β’ Report any issues, discrepancies, or necessary follow-ups to the Qlarant project team.
β’ Attend mandatory training sessions and quality assurance meetings.
β’ Travel within designated regions of South Dakota as required.
β’ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience working with elderly individuals or those with disabilities; or an Associate degree with at least two years of experience in the same fields.
β’ Experience in working with elderly individuals and people with disabilities, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal communication abilities and the capacity to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, manage schedules effectively, and meet deadlines.
β’ Reliable transportation for conducting in-person surveys throughout the state (as applicable).
β’ Proficient in using laptops to record survey responses.
β’ Surveyors must undergo a background screening.
β’ Flexible hours based on survey scheduling and participant availability.
