NCI Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Perform in-person, telephonic, and virtual NCI surveys with individuals utilizing HCBS services in South Dakota.

• Adhere to all NCI and Qlarant guidelines to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

• Organize and complete assigned surveys within specified timelines.

• Interact respectfully with participants, employing active listening and clear communication techniques.

• Accurately document responses and input data into the necessary electronic survey platform.

• Uphold participant privacy and comply with HIPAA along with all relevant state and federal regulations.

• Report any issues, discrepancies, or necessary follow-ups to the Qlarant project team.

• Attend mandatory training sessions and quality assurance meetings.

• Travel within designated regions of South Dakota as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience working with elderly individuals or those with disabilities; or an Associate degree with at least two years of experience in the same fields.

• Experience in working with elderly individuals and people with disabilities, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities and the capacity to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage schedules effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Reliable transportation for conducting in-person surveys throughout the state (as applicable).

• Proficient in using laptops to record survey responses.

• Surveyors must undergo a background screening.
