• Develop and spearhead the national sales strategy for Nexity technology solutions.
• Set clear revenue objectives for hardware, SaaS, and transaction-based income streams.
• Recruit, nurture, and lead a high-achieving team of Regional VP sales leaders.

• Supervise national pipeline development, ensuring robust opportunity creation, progression, and conversion.
• Act as an executive sponsor and strategic advisor for key accounts and complex opportunities.
• Guarantee that all sales initiatives prioritize long-term value creation via SaaS and transaction-based revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and the Center of Excellence (COE).
• Represent Towne Park and Nexity at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic partnerships.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in technology sales is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, accompanied by significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams in technology, SaaS, or hardware-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue across various regions or verticals.
• Experience in structuring complex, enterprise-level deals involving both upfront and recurring revenue components.
• A background in hospitality, commercial real estate, mobility, or related industries is preferred.
