This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), pediatric hospitals, and multi-facility healthcare systems.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physician champions, department heads, medical directors, administrators, and C-Suite executives to enhance access to DOC Band® and EarWell® services.
• Oversee opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle, beginning with initial outreach and discovery, through contracting, implementation, and ongoing account management.
• Navigate the Value Analysis Committee (VAC) processes by presenting clinical data, business models, and economic value propositions.
• Lead the entire contract lifecycle from opportunity identification and pre-contract strategy to negotiation, execution, and post-award compliance.
• Create account plans and territory strategies to increase utilization among existing and potential healthcare system partners.
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams, managed care, operations, and field sales teams to ensure successful account implementation and growth.
• Leverage CRM analytics, forecasting, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare system priorities to pinpoint new growth opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare B2B settings.
• 3+ years of experience selling to hospital systems, IDNs, or intricate healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in prospecting and closing new business within complex healthcare entities.
• Familiarity with navigating Value Analysis Committees, supply chain teams, procurement departments, or GPO environments.
• Strong comprehension of hospital decision-making processes and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with physicians, department leaders, administrators, and C-Suite executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% nationwide.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
