This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the lead recruiter for experienced sales recruitment across all office locations nationwide.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding.
• Create and implement recruiting strategies to attract seasoned professionals in freight brokerage and logistics sales.
• Establish and sustain robust pipelines of both passive and active candidates within the 3PL sector.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations leadership to grasp hiring requirements and market trends.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide leadership with insights regarding market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activities within the logistics sector.
• Work together with HR and training teams to facilitate onboarding and guarantee a smooth transition for new employees.
• Keep precise records of recruiting activities and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as they arise.
• A minimum of 2 years of corporate recruiting experience in the third-party logistics or freight brokerage sector is required.
• Experience in recruiting sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics sales structures, compensation plans, and industry-specific terminology.
• Demonstrated capability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and various recruiting platforms.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple job openings and priorities.
• Experience in remote work and collaborating across various office locations is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
