This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Supervise the three Regional Sales Managers based in Canada.
• Manage Independent Sales Representatives nationwide who are promoting our products.
• Travel to the headquarters, meet with agents, and attend events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on the Canadian Marketing strategy for the Territory.
• Oversee the launch of new products in the field.
• Accountable for the Business Budget.
• Lead the development of the Canadian Pricing Strategy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams on pricing strategies to achieve corporate goals.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Market development.
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and the use of netsheets in the agent/distributor context.
• A genuine passion for lighting and leadership within the sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills for addressing large audiences and engaging across the organization.
