This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Solicit and secure programs that optimize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, meeting room rentals, and more.
• Finalize agreements with clients.
• Travel and conduct sales calls to promote facilities, including local appointments and occasional trips to other locations for tradeshows, familiarization events, and site inspections.
• Conduct and organize site inspections for meeting planners and other potential clients.
• Achieve individual and team booking targets; the business size is 300+ room nights at peak.
• Complete prospecting calls.
• Ensure that pre- and post-trip reports (including expense reports) are completed and submitted punctually.
• Consistently meet measurable objectives for property sales growth.
• Generate demand for Caesars properties and enhance sales revenue by promoting the Caesars Sales brand.
• Personally lead and finalize large account sales opportunities aimed at gaining market share.
• Persistently strive for exceptional customer retention and satisfaction, resulting in enthusiastic referrals and increased brand awareness.
• Foster strong collaborative partnerships with property operations to achieve their goals while enhancing brand identity and daily operations.
• Maintain consistent communication with the team to drive superior performance.
• Act as a support network for all sales personnel in the region, aiding them in meeting and exceeding all objectives.
• Communicate effectively with other regions, property and in-market teams, meeting operators, and customers.
• Capable of negotiating and comprehending contract language.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a creative, high-energy, proactive executive with proven sales capabilities. Additional traits include:
• Demonstrated experience selling hospitality services to a varied customer base.
• Established client relationships.
• Extensive experience managing an in-market sales team remotely.
• A proven track record of consistent performance and accountability, utilizing multiple sales strategies to manage complex sales across a diverse clientele.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
• BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of previous hotel meeting sales experience is preferred.
