This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and manage the German sales team effectively.
• Achieve revenue and margin objectives by implementing and executing Sales Excellence initiatives.
• Sustain and expand the Cardiometabolic business with specific targets for sales, margins, market share, frequency, and coverage.
• Monitor performance against established key performance indicators.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with relevant roles and departments.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to define the sales strategy.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to all pertinent legal, regulatory, tax, and ethical standards.
• Significant commercial experience, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in frontline sales management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education.
• Proven sales expertise, a well-established network, and a strong capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success as an effective people manager and in fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Comprehensive understanding of the German healthcare system and market.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Strong analytical and structured business acumen; project management experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a customer-centric, results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
