• Accountable for generating new business and driving growth across all business lines.
• Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with key decision-makers in designated customer accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline process by identifying potential opportunities, creating forecasts, and establishing key performance indicators.
• Define sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Formulate and implement a strategic plan to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations to prepare and submit the statement of work, which includes the scope of work and pricing details.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial business agreements.
• Identify and chase opportunities to offer additional services to current customers.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of industry experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sales.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated negotiation and analytical skills along with strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
