This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead the sales organization to meet revenue, margin, and market share objectives in accordance with the company's business strategy.
• Create and implement national go-to-market strategies, quarterly initiatives, and annual sales plans.
• Convert corporate goals into clear and actionable sales strategies for the OEM sales team.
• Directly oversee, mentor, and develop the OEM sales team, including Regional Managers and Territory Managers.
• Establish structured performance management processes, encompassing KPI tracking, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and individual development plans (IDPs).
• Enhance relationships with key customers nationwide to promote the specification of the NSK brand.
• Assist the sales team in contract negotiations to ensure long-term profitable growth for NSK while minimizing risks to the organization.
• Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts utilizing data-driven methodologies.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance to support growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience is essential.
• Demonstrated history of leading teams to achieve or surpass revenue and profit targets.
• Strong skills in leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Exceptional abilities in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
