This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Engage with prospective customers and utilize your distinct skills, abilities, and competencies to achieve sales success.
• Create and implement systems and processes for efficient prospect identification, qualification, and management.
• Acquire and finalize agreements with new shippers.
• Establish and expand a portfolio of business.
• Execute strategies through prospect engagement, proposal creation and presentation, effective follow-up, and account management.
• Collaborate with transportation brokers to enhance load volume from new clients through regular sales meetings and strategic sessions.
• Maintain company standards by adhering to the principles of Customer, Company, and Office.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to collaborate as a team player.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team setting.
• Ambitious, reliable, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
