National Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Engage with new customers and leverage your distinctive skills, abilities, and competencies to secure sales.

• Create systems and processes that facilitate efficient identification, qualification, and management of prospects.

• Successfully sell and close deals with new shippers.

• Establish and grow a robust book of business.

• Implement strategies through prospect outreach, proposal creation and presentation, effective follow-up, and account management.

• Collaborate with transportation brokers to optimize load volumes from new customers via regular sales meetings and strategy sessions.

• Adhere to company standards by following the core principles of Customer, Company, and Office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Background in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in resolving problems effectively.

• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to collaborate as a team player.

• Capable of working independently as well as within a team setting.

• Highly driven, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in computer and technology usage.
