• Adhere to company standards by following the core principles of Customer, Company, and Office.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Background in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in resolving problems effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to collaborate as a team player.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team setting.
• Highly driven, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer and technology usage.
