
National Sales Leader, Building Management Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Craft and implement impactful channel sales strategies that enhance revenue and broaden Honeywell's BMS presence.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with channel partners by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and support for their success.
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce.com, ensuring data integrity, visibility, and discipline. Generate reliable and accurate forecasts while driving accountability to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and target new markets and applications, collaborating closely with partners to deliver customized, value-driven building solutions.
• Lead negotiations, manage sales processes, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for customers, partners, and Honeywell.
• Keep an eye on market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to continuously enhance strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide a team of senior sales professionals, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional sales leaders to leverage synergies and provide integrated solutions that enhance customer value.
• Post-secondary education, preferably in electrical engineering, IT, or fire alarm systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies.
• More than 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems, integration, and automation technologies.
• A valid G Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategies that promote growth and partner engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Understanding of smart building trends, including IoT, energy management, and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Active involvement in industry-specific organizations, such as ASHRAE, etc.
