This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving national sales team
• Formulate and implement national sales strategies that align with company goals
• Propel revenue growth by acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts
• Source, onboard, train, and maintain top sales personnel
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related discipline
• 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics sales
• At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership
• In-depth knowledge of the Canadian medical aesthetics market
• Experience in launching new products and promoting adoption in aesthetic clinics and specialist physician practices is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.
